Towards the end of February, a few friends and I went on a weekend field trip to the zoo. It was perfect, we carpooled, everyone was really cool and we practically had the whole zoo to ourselves. It was one darn good Saturday.
We went to the dolphin show and the daring ones sat in the Splash Zone. They did get wet and we warned em. We saw the meer kats, they were so cute. One of them had monstrous balls, they were insanely huge in comparison to his body. We deemed him the alpha meer kat for sure
.Tommy and I worked as a team so that I could actually see the tigers. It was awesome, first time I saw one out and about.
Same with the bear, he was just hanging out.
